The Bridgwater for Paragon Living is located at the heart of Bridgwater Centre in southwest Winnipeg.
Originally conceived as a five-storey building, the design evolved during construction to seamlessly incorporate a sixth floor. By proactively assessing structural and material requirements, and offering a diverse range of suite layouts, we ensured the addition was efficient and aligned with the project’s overall vision and budget.
The Bridgwater offers 143 thoughtfully designed suites ranging from one- to four-bedroom configurations, with underground heated parking. Residents enjoy modern amenities, including a lounge and fitness room, all while benefiting from a focus on energy efficiency and contemporary design. The building exceeds code requirements, achieving a 20% improvement in energy performance.
Additionally, 18 units are designated as affordable housing but maintain the same high standard of finishes as the rest of the suites, ensuring equality in quality and experience.
