Preconstruction work began in the Fall of 2016, Bockstael was actively involved in the design of the project and optimization of the project cost. Implementing a cast-in-place concrete structure and metal panel wall system, rigorous value optimization and pre-planning work with trades resulted in achievement of the target budget, and a highly efficient construction phase, with completion of the 14-storey, 155 room project in just 16 months.
