Sport Manitoba

This construction management project consisted of developing 5 floors of office space within a historic building which was previously both a warehouse and factory. In order for construction to proceed an adjacent derelict building had to be demolished. The 65,000 square feet of newly developed space included offices, testing facilities, clinic space, conference rooms and board rooms. The next Phase of the project includes a gymnasium which will include a suspended track for Manitoban athletes to train and be tested in.
