Red River Co-op Gas Bar

Construction of a new 3,057 square foot convenience store and a 2,605 square foot tunnel carwash with 1,892 square feet of site development including a fuel island with 20 pumps, propane tank and a tank nest consisting of four 100,000 liter fuel tanks. The entire site was re-graded, asphalted and re-landscaped. When the tank nest was redesigned, the construction of the convenience store and fuel pump island were affected due to it’s new location, making it difficult to get season work completed before plant shutdowns.
