Bockstael’s fourth project for Melet Plastics completed under design-build delivery, this new 5,500 square foot load-bearing masonry addition to the existing manufacturing plant was implemented to expand production lines and allow Melet to continue to grow their operations.
A previous 15,000 square foot expansion to the production floor was also conducted by Bockstael Construction in 2000 that included renovations to expand the existing Machine Shop and shipping facilities; a new mezzanine for staff locker rooms and lunchroom; and an upgraded air-handling systems.
