The interior government office renovation for Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada provides a modern and refreshed working space for employees. The existing space in downtown Winnipeg was redesigned and updated with new lighting, flooring, mechanical and electrical, workstations, and staff lounge spaces, with work occurring in multiple phases within the occupied and secure office space.
Work included selective demolition, rough carpentry, millwork, firestopping of penetrations, HM & wood door installation, glazing, steel stud walls, ACT ceilings, tile, resilient flooring, carpet, paint, sprinkler modifications, Mechanical and Electrical.
