This 16-storey student residence features a full level of underground parking and 349 units offering one-, two-, and four-bedroom options. Designed to meet students’ social, fitness, and functional needs, the residence includes spacious, state-of-the-art lounges and gym. The ground level adds to the community’s vibrancy with multiple commercial retail units.

The project progressed at an intense pace. The team coordinated up to 250 workers on site daily throughout the 26-month schedule and delivered on schedule and on budget in August 2024 – perfectly timed for the owner’s leases to start the university school year.
