GWL Realty Advisors Lobby Renovations at 200 Graham Ave.

On the heels of the major transformation to the Canada Life Head Office in Winnipeg, GWL Realty Advisors engaged Bockstael Construction for renovations to their building at 200 Graham Avenue. The project consisted of a renewed interior lobby and mezzanine level renovation, as well as renovations to tenant spaces on the main and second floor.

An existing main floor tenant space was converted into an “End of Trip Facility” for active transportation users that includes men’s and women’s change room, shower area and washroom, including a new Universal Toilet Room (UTR). The main floor and second floor new lobby includes new floor, wall, millwork, and ceiling finishes. Mechanical and electrical works included replacement of new fan coils and ductwork, replacement of existing VAV boxes, new sprinkler heads, new lighting throughout public spaces and controls, and expansion of existing security camera and card access system.
