St. John’s-Ravenscourt Senior School and Fitness Centre

Bockstael Construction has had the unique privilege of contributing to a leading edge learning environment for the next generation of St. John’s-Ravencourt senior school students. Bockstael, in association with Stantec, were the winners of a competition to provide design-build delivery of a new senior school, fitness centre and movement studio. The existing senior school wing was demolished, while salvaging the basement and main floor slab. A new 34,000 square foot, three-storey building, adhering to 21st century learning principles and certified Manitoba Hydro PowerSmart, was constructed in its place. The modern fitness centre is a 5,200 square foot addition to the gymnasium, complete with a floor-to-ceiling curtain wall along its entire length.
