Cabela’s Canadian Headquarters

Cabela’s retained Bockstael Construction to provide construction management and general contracting services for Cabela’s corporate Canadian headquarters located in the St. Boniface Industrial Park of Winnipeg. The project involved the interior renovation of 42,000 square feet in an existing building to create a functional, comfortable and open-concept interior with the incorporation of natural light openings throughout, all of which promote collaboration and the Cabela’s brand. The scope of work included a full gut of the existing structure and finishes; a 33,152 square foot warehouse conversion and 18,000 square feet of existing office into corporate spaces; a new 10,00 square foot mezzanine within the warehouse; and substantial site work, including additional parking and landscaping, in keeping with Cabela’s philosophy.
