On International Women’s Day, we are celebrating the women that work for Bockstael Construction. Women hold roles in nearly every area of our company – carpentry, skilled labour, project delivery, preconstruction, safety, accounting, administration, and management. Thank you for your hard work and the skills, integrity, and work ethic you bring to our company.
We think construction is a wonderful and rewarding career path, and we want to see more women in the industry. Thank you to the organizations that showcase the careers in construction and engineering that exist for women and girls, like Manitoba Women in Construction and Manitoba Women in Trades.
As an organization, we strive to continuously improve every day. This includes how we can make our organization and the industry more welcoming and accessible for everyone in the workforce.
